Our kick-Boxing Conditioning Class uses aerobic exercises and planned means to help you meet your weight loss goals. We also help you break down your goals manageable steps that will make help you make progress. As you meet your goals you will feel more confident, healthy and active. The only competition is meeting your personal goals and achieving new personal records each day. Hitting bags and mitts is also a healthy way to relieve stress. Stress relief, mixed with a good workout, helps many people sleep better and feel more rested.
It is well known that Kickboxing is a full body workout and can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour. With consistency this will help you reshape your entire body. It’s not hard to do especially when attending a class full of like-minded individuals. Sharing goals is an easy way to create some light-hearted competition to help you push yourself to exceed your goals, and have fun doing it! The instructors know exactly how you feel. They have been overweight and out of shape. They know your bodies limits, and will help you get the most out of the time you spend in the gym.
